Tracking and Updates:
The store owner or staff manually updates the order status and shipment tracking information in the store’s system. Customers may receive shipping updates and tracking details via email or other communication channels.
Step 1. Click on “Update tracking” in the Orders Menu.
Step 2. And update the details.
Another Way :
Step 1. Click on “Shipment widget” in the Orders menu.
Step 2. And update the details in “Shipment Tracking.”
Step 3. If shipment tracking is not visible, check if shipment provider is manual or not.
