  1. Enabled Shipping Providers: Administrators can choose and enable supported shipping providers like Shiprocket, Shyplite, Nimbuspost, and Manual. The Manual option allows for custom handling of shipments.
  2. Default Shipping Provider: Administrators can set a default shipping provider to be used for shipments if customers don’t select a specific one during checkout. Options include Shiprocket, Shyplite, Nimbuspost, and Manual.
  3. Orders Statuses: Configure various order statuses to track order progress, including “Processing,” “In Transit,” “On Hold,” “Delivered,” “Canceled,” “Refunded,” and more.
  4. Sync Tracking for: Admins can set the interval for syncing tracking info with shipping providers, selecting options like 10 Days, 15 Days, 20 Days, 30 Days, etc.
  5. Order Note Type: Administrators can specify two types of order notes: Private Note (for internal use only by admins) and Customer Note (visible to customers). This allows admins to add relevant notes to orders for better order management.
  6. Order Note Template: Administrators can create and customize a template for order notes. This template can include dynamic variables (e.g., order number, tracking number) to provide standardized and informative notes for customers.
  7. Enable These Order Status: Administrators can choose which order statuses trigger tracking updates, such as “Pending Pickup,” “Out for Delivery,” “Canceled,” “Delivered,” and others.
